Established in 2016, East Coast Infrastructure, Inc. set out to provide Southeastern Virginia with a high-quality, environmentally safe solution for the rehabilitation of its aging infrastructure. In every effort to do just that, our founders procured the latest technology on the market to provide our clients with the most cutting-edge solutions to all their rehabilitation needs. Our core services here at ECI are: CCTV inspections and scans, vactor services and hydroexcavation, and structural rehabilitation and coatings. To satisfy our clients’ CCTV assessment needs, we utilize CUES, Inc. inspection equipment and NASSCO Pre-Certified GraniteNet assessment collection software. Combined, these technologies allow ECI to provide our clients with the most accurate deliverables possible. Lastly, as certified applicators of Warren Environmental epoxy coating systems, we specialize in providing structural epoxy coatings suitable for all systems, conditions, and substrates. JCSA Wet Well Cleaning
This contract consisted of 38 wet wells that were in desperate need of cleaning. ECI quickly mobilized their dedicated vactor crew to fulfill this contract and was able to complete the contracted wet well cleanings efficiently and effectively….
Hampton, VA Storm Water Cleaning & CCTV
The work for this project included light and heavy cleaning duties, NASSCO Certified CCTV Inspections, and GPS Mapping services of the City of Hampton’s stormwater infrastructure. ECI wowed the municipality with their ability to provide submeter accuracy GIS/GPS mapping services….
HRSD Northshore Siphon Chamber Rehabilitation
The HRSD Northshore Siphon Chamber Rehabilitation was a DEQ consent order project for HRSD with a defined completion date. The work consisted of the rehabilitation of brick and precast structures, including siphon chambers, and manhole structures of various diameters, sizes, and depths….
